Terms & ConditionsMinimum Orders: $15 for retail and dealer orders, $25 for distributor orders (before shipping charges are added). Shipping: Order kilns a) pre-paid or b) freight collect (carrier collects freight charges upon delivery). Call us for a freight estimate. Shipping instructions should accompany order, but if not supplied, the factory will select routing that it decides is best. We ship light-weight items by UPS, FedEx, or U.S. mail. Tell us your preference, if any. $4.00 handling charge per order (in addition to postage). Postage is $12.00 minimum. Payment Methods: Money order, check or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Money orders are processed immediately. Checks cause a one week delay. Sorry, C.O.D. not available. Special Electrical Requirements: We can build kilns for anywhere in the world. Call for pricing. Prices are F.O.B. factory, Mesquite, Texas. We reserve the right to change prices and product specifications without notice or obligation. Export orders: All import and export licenses, duties, tariffs, etc. will be at the expense of the customer. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge if no error exists on the part of the factory. Call for a Return Goods Authorization number before returning any merchandise. Goods damaged in transit are the carrier’s responsibility. Filing and collecting claims are the consignee’s responsibility. We will help you file a claim if you call us.
