Fridays: The factory is closed, but we answer the phone from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Fridays.

The best time to call is from 7-9 a.m. and 3-5 p.m. Central Time when phone traffic is lightest. Email and fax inquiries often receive the fastest service, because we can research before answering.

For billing inquiries, include invoice number. For technical assistance, please include voltage, model number, serial number, and P/N number listed on the electrical data plate (see side of switch box).
