I have programmed a flash cool in the Sentry 2.0 controller with a rate of 9999. Why does the FTC message keep coming on?

The FTC alarm, which means “Failed to Cool,” appears during a cooling segment when the kiln is not cooling fast enough.

However, a rate of 9999 disables the FTC alarm. FTC should not appear. Please use Program Review to make sure you entered 9999 as a rate. Perhaps you entered 999 instead. It is also possible that FTC is appearing in the next cooling segment instead of the one that has a rate of 9999.
